What to expect:

• Google Meet links will be provided in advance along with weekly reminders.

• Tutoring Cycles last for 4 weeks.

• After the 4 weeks, parents are welcome to sign up for another cycle (4 weeks). In this case, the administrative processing fee ($75) will be at a 20% discount ($50). However, in the event a break in cycle occurs, the parent will be expected to pay the full administrative processing fee ($75) prior to the beginning of the selected cycle.

Students are expected to:

Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday

Sessions Available

• Log in at their designated times (according to grade level).

• Turn on their cameras and mute their mics.

• Bring their Harrell Academy Manual and Jot Book along with 2 sharpened pencils.

*In the event a student loses their manual, a replacement manual is $20 and will be shipped as priority mail as soon as the request is made and the payment is processed.

*A replacement Jot Book is $15 or student may use a standard composition book.

• Students will also need any HW (assigned by their teacher) readily available. This will allow a smooth transition from reading/math to homework support.

*Please note: HW support does not render that all of the students' homework will be completed during their session. HW support provides a time for students to ask questions and receive support with their homework during their allotted time.
